This past Thursday, Palma de la Reina kicked off construction on the first retail development in 10 years in Rancho Santa Fe. Located at the entrance of the Whispering Palms community and Morgan Run Country Club and Resort, this 10,360 square foot commercial/retail space is set to be completed by the end of the year.
